I am an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at ANS College, Nabinagar, Bihar, and a computational chemist specialising in molecular dynamics and enhanced sampling, using simulation to study how molecules bind, react and change. I hold a Ph.D. from IIT Kanpur and a BS-MS in Chemical Sciences from IISER Kolkata.
Before joining ANS College in 2017, I trained at the BARC Training School (IGCAR, Kalpakkam) and served as a Scientific Officer at Tarapur Atomic Power Station 3&4.
I write essays and explainers on chemistry, education and everyday life. My articles have appeared in Swarajya and Research Matters, and I publish other pieces on my blog.
